Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to you, with regards to the current issues that I have been facing since last 2 weeks especially during weekends. As you aware of my things, currently I am pursuing PG course in Austin University. So, In order to help me out my personal conveyance, I had accepted an offer to work as a part-time employee in this company on last Month.
However, I am facing issues in supporting during weekends owing to extended overnight support. For Last 2 weekends I was managed to reach home after midnight. Apparently, my next days ended in tiresome. Besides this, for recent quite days, I was also not provided with free dinner as agreed for this part time job. This further increases my hunger and getting spoiled my health.
I strongly agree with the fact, this company is in development mode and expect more customers during weekends. But, I would kindly request you expedite the steps to reduce my working mode as its part-time. Also encourage the supervising staff to provide my dinner food regularly. It would be great if you could arrange one more part-time employee to cater to huge Customer`s crowd if possible.
I hope to have you informed sufficiently and look forward on hearing from you promptly to discuss on same and sort out my personal issues. Thanks for your understanding on me
Yours sincerely
Ramesh
