When students finished their school, they face a dilemma whether they should continue their study to a higher level or they should get a job. There are advantages in both ways, but i tend too convince that continue to study in college or university is a better option.

First of all, level of education of an individual affects the quality of job that he will got in the sense that in highly competitive civilization that we have now, job is become harder to get. As the corollary, employers will select the applicants with high qualifications to work for them. Secondly, the biological condition of human makes the subject become harder to be learned by people as they grow old so that it becomes a disadvantage for people who plan to continue their study later after they got a job. Moreover, knowledge is important for the quality of work that people do and there is not enough time to gain knowledge once people have got a job. This is because most of their focus will be on the tasks given by their employer.

Otherwise, from the opposite point of view, people argue that experience will be the advantage for people who get a job earlier that the other people who continue their study to university before get a job. Yet, to counter this argument, i would argue that the skill development on a particular job is not that simple because to develop a skill, people should know their weakness point. Then, once they realized it, they should work simultaneously to fix that point until they reached higher level of performance.

To sum up, continue to study in university will be a better option than straight to get a job after graduated from school.
