Dear Mr. Johnson,
I am writing this letter to inquire about the availability of a vacation home in Singapore. My girlfriend and I am going to spend our upcoming Easter holiday there.
We are looking for a cosy one-bedroom flat that is fully furnished and has its own kitchen. Moreover, we would prefer the place to be close to either a bus stop or a train station. The reason for that is we have done our research and found out that it is very convenient to get around by public transportation.
If nothing changes, we will touch down in Singapore on April 12 around noon and leave for Vietnam on the following Tuesday, April 16. Therefore, in total, we will need the place to be booked for four nights.
I would be grateful if you can provide me with a few options that satisfy our budget of 150 SGD per night. However, I am totally fine with paying a little more if the place is close to the central area. Also, it would be the most convenience for us if you can include an airport pick-up service to take us to the apartment.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Steven Jackson
