People should be allowed to continue to work for as long as they want to and not be forced to retire at a particular age such as 60 or 65 Do you agree or disagree

As the American proverb says: “Age is just a number”, I consider forcing people to quit their jobs based on a benchmark of their age is a matter which is against their human rights. Since achieving at work, being qualified and up to the required tasks is a matter of mental and physical healthiness, so why issuing a decision of retirement on an experienced employee in case he or she is able to give and be useful to the enterprise in which he’s hired and knows each and every corner in it?

Though it’s good to keep people working and give them the choice to continue even after reaching the age of 60 or 65, but still they have be evaluated. Normally, most human beings – especially professional employees – would NOT feel comfortable realizing they have come to an end and they’re being put aside. So, if they’re found out to be unable to proceed, there must be a way to convince them that they are thanked for the time and effort, and they have to enjoy the rest of their life doing something else like enjoying travelling, spending time with their families, or busying themselves in another social activity. Mainly this needs qualified social agents, maybe hired by the government itself, which can have sessions with these old category to pass the idea to them that they are still useful but in another way and in a different field of life.

The equation of sending old employees who have reached the age of over 60 and giving a chance to young generation is something that needs to work on socially and governmentally through mixing the two calibers to prepare the young generation on one hand to be up to the tasks, processes and polices, and to get the benefit of the older employees’ experiences and make them feel useful on the other hand.
