Dear Sir / Madam,

I am one of the recent customers of your online company movers-bd.com, a company that helps people moving their household from one location to the other. I am writing this letter to complain about the broken piano stand that is happened due to the carelessness of your team during my recent move from Kalabagan to Uttara.

I heard a lot of good words from my friend who recently has taken your service to move his household. But my experience with your company is not quite like my friend. During the registration period, I had provided a list of valuables and fragile items. But when the team came for the final move on the 31st of March, I was astonished to know that they do not have that list. And also they disagreed to move the piano which was pretty heavy and fragile as it is very old. I insisted them to move it along with other items, they agreed later on. But when all the items arrived at the destination, I discovered that Piano stand is broken which was the hardest part of the piano structure. I am very disappointed to learn from my niece who was accompanying your people during the move that they drove recklessly the whole road and this is the main cause as per my niece's description.

I am still in shock to have such a bad service from your people. However, I would like you to settle this matter by providing me the repair cost of the broken leg of the piano as per service agreement. Also, I am holding the payment until the repairing is done. Hopefully, I will receive the required refund for the payment for repairing the piano as soon as possible.

Yours faithfully,
Abed Joy
