The charts show the main reasons for study among students in different age groups and the amount of support they received from employers.
In general, the percentage of reasons for study according to age of students which choose for career are downward trend. However, in other reason for interest are upward trend in under 26 until over 49. Then, the percentage of employer support are fluctuating for over the age.
As we see in the chart, the percentage of reasons for study to get good career is 80 % in under 26. Then, the percentage are decrease by 10 % to 70 % in age 26-29.
Next, the age 30 – over 49, the percentages still fall down until in the lowest percentage reason for career is under 20 %.
In contrast, the reason for study by student for interest rise up over the age. The that is slightly increase in all of the age until in age over 49, it is stand up in 70 %.
Moreover, the percentage of employer support in age under 26 is 70%. Then it is go down by 20 % to 50% in age under 26 and fall again by 15 % in 35 %. Next, it is go up in age 40 – over 49 in 45 %.
Overall, at the beginning the reason for study for career is the good reason for student in under 26 but for age over 49 the good reason for study is for interest. Then the best age for employer support is under 26.
