Dear sir or madam,
I am writing in regards to give my feedback on the official event of my company, held in your hotel last Monday. As the meeting started at 10 am and continued till the launch, participants of the meeting spend quite a time at your hotel. I got a very pleasant review for the hotel. Everyone was very impressed by the hotel ambience and its beautiful interior. The management staff for the event were very efficient and cooperative during the whole meeting.
Unfortunately, lunch served during the meeting was not up to the mark. Firstly, food options they served were not that I have selected for the event. Secondly, spices were too high in almost every dish. All participants said that the food was not even fresh. Staff who were serving the lunch were very slow and everything as a whole made the lunch experience at your hotel very disappointing.
As you are the head of management at the hotel, i want you to hire new trained waiters so that the food serving could be improved. There should be a food manager for proper supervision of the chefs and food menu. Before events start the selected menu and items should be counter check twice before serving to the guests. These amendments would make your hotel more preferable in future.
