You have issues on examples. You may remove those examples since what you talked before are examples too.
Try this pattern:
first 1-2 sentences: introduction. my opinion: A or B. agree or disagree. about 5-10 seconds
First, reason 1 (one sentence) and why reason 1(2-3 sentences): about 15 seconds
Second, reason 2(one sentence) and why reason 2(2-3 sentences) : about 15 seconds
Third, reason 3 (optional)
Conclusion: one sentence.(optional)
Look at the pattern, you don't need to put extra examples after 'why reason 1' or 'why reason 2'
When you listen users like:

you will figure out that they don't put 'why reason 1' or 'why reason 2', but directly put examples. that's ok too.
