The pie chart elucidates the source of complaints in 7 aspects and the figure illustrates the average time from investigation data to final action from 2000 to 2004. At first glance, it is evident that in comparing to other aspects, public has become the most noticeable source and overall, it is able to be seen that the investigation data’s average time experienced a palpitation over the whole period.
To begin with, there was a dramatic range in between source of complaint in the pie chart in which public has higher rate among other aspects where it contributed around 63%. Moreover, government agencies, out of state and insurance companies have a lower rate compared to public in which all of them have 11 in 100, one-tenths and 8% respectively. However, the other three groups, which are Bank employees, others and media, have a slight rate which is approximately at just beneath four in a hundred.
