TPO 43- the Integrated writing task
Both sources discuss some aspects of Agnostids life. This piece of ensuing paragraphs summarizes how the points that mentioned by the author refutes by the speaker.
First of all, the writer states that the Agnostids are predators and hunt small creatures in the oceans. In contrast, the speaker states that typical predators have visionary feature but this tiny creature was blind. She goes on to states that we have no evidence of this behavior in the Agnostids. This is one way that the lecturer cast doubts on the reading.
Secondly, the writer says that the Agnostids lived on the sea floor and ate the dead body of other animal or remains of bacteria. On the contrary, the lecturer argues that seafloor animals are mostly slow animals and live locally, but the Agnostids was moved fast which is unusual behavior for animals who live on the seafloor.
Lastly, the writer asserts that the Agnostids feed on the large organism and live on primitive fishes. Conversely, the speaker makes the points that the population of the Agnostids was significant, and these animals could kill their hosts. She then points out that the considerable amount of the Agnostids is refuted the hypothesis.
This argument is the ultimate way that the lecture casts doubt on the passage.
