The given pie graphs give information about the average rate of nutrients such as sodium, saturated fat, and added sugar for main daily meals and snacks in America.
Overall, the initial impression from the charts is that the two highest proportions for added sugar and saturated fat nutrients are in snacks. Nevertheless, these ratios are the lowest in the breakfast meal.
From first pie chart, it can be seen that, the highest value for sodium appeared in dinner, just 43% which is not high as many the percentage in snacks and breakfast, just 14% for each. Whereas, the rate of sodium in lunch is almost doubled the proportion in snacks and breakfast, just 29%.
From second pie chart, it can be observed that, the lowest value for saturated fat in breakfast is just 16% per cent, which is more than sodium in breakfast. While, the highest percentage of this element was in dinner, just 37% which is lower than sodium.
From third pie graph, the pattern is different, snacks occupied the largest proportion for added sugar nutrient between other meals, just 42% which is the highest value compared with saturated fat and sodium ingredients
