I'm working with your organization as 'Quality Test Engineer' currently. I'm writing this letter in regard to my department change request, as I have worked with my current position for the 4-year period.
My current job is to check the quality of the products from the production department and to produce the test reports. Even though I'm very much familiar and comfortable with my work, I prefer to learn and explore new areas. I feel like doing the same process daily, which is affecting my interest rate.
I prefer to move to the production department since I'm very much interested in the development process. So, I have completed a training course to upskill myself in the area specified. I believe I will apply all my learning if I can get a chance in production work. Additionally, I have excellent experience with the testing, which I can also implement in producing. This will reduce a lot of effort usually required for the testing.
So, kindly consider my request and help with a change in my area of work as soon as possible. I'm eagerly looking forward to hearing from you.
