In addition, spending on electricity climbed steadily from 38 billion to 61 billion at the end of the given period, the growth slowed over the last two years. There was a huge rising in the spending on internet from 2 billion to 46 billion. The increase was particularly noticeable between 2004 and 2007.
To conclude, the expenditure on groceries were still be the highest in 2007, the break between the three categories rose over the second half of the period.
