You just moved into a different house , write a letter to your English speaking friend.
Dear Lizzy,
How are you and your family? I hope everyone is doing great. I am writing to let you know that I and my family have finally moved into a different house last weekend. The housing agent, found us about three different residence, but we finally made our best pick. You know that the main reason we have decided to change house is due to the incessant increase in the house rent by the owner and we couldn't keep up with the payment.
Anyways, you really need to see the new house, it's a really exquisite place and strategically located. In addition, it has a good proximity to my daughters' school and not too far from my office. The house is a 3 bedroom house with a lovely garden and terrace for the kids to have some fun.
Needless to say, I am looking forward to having you around so you can check out our new home. I am thinking you and your daughter can come and spend the Christmas holiday with us. You will really love it here, because it's not so chilling like it is at your side.
Looking forward to seeing you.
Warm regards,
John
