Cambridge IELTS book 11 test 4 task 1

The table provides information on the number of visitors to the Ashdown Museum in the year prior to and the year after its renovation. The charts, on the other hand, compare the results of surveys on visitors' satisfaction during museum trips in the same years.

As can be seen from both figures, there is an overall rise in the number of visitors, in addition to an improvement in customer satisfaction over the two periods.

While the total count of guests grew by 18000, satisfied and very satisfied guest figures combined increased from 45% before the modifications to 75% the year after.

In contrast, before the renovation, the figure for dissatisfied visitors had the lion's share of the total visitors' opinion at 40%. This figure regressed the year after the renovation to just 15%.
In addition, the number of very dissatisfied guests also declined from 10% to half this amount the year after.
