Dear Mr Smith,
Greetings for the day!
Through this letter, I want to ask you to allow us to continue the use of the community hall for our evening music group practice.
Please allow me to elaborate on this matter. Since you have never met our band group, so might have millions of question running through into your mind about our music group such as what type of group is this, and what they do in our community hall?. So, first, I want to introduce my band group. In this group, we are seven members, and all are want to become professional in playing drums, flute and piano. Secondly, we have no other place to practice with our musical equipment to fulfil our dreams.
However, a verbal message sends by you that we are not carried on our practice on Monday and Wednesday from next month. Even though, all the band members are participating in a charity program which was organized by your community centre every month since 2016. Further, we give all the money to in favour of this centre.
If you allow me I want to give some suggestion to change our practice timings. Not only we continue our practice, but also your community benefited by the money that we denote through a charity program. This hall closed for Sunday and Saturday evenings since last year and we all are ready to switch practice time on these days.
Looking forward to your prompt response.
Yours faithfully,
Amanpreet Kaur.
