1992.
Firstly, it is seen that the percentage of the television watchers peaks at around 8:00PM with the percentage being around 50% of the population, it can also be seen that the percentage maintains a semi-stable increase across the period from 6:00AM and until around 8:00PM, while having a decay during the remaining period of the day.
Secondly, the percentage of the UK population listening to the radio peaks around 9:00AM, while having a gradual decrease throughout the period starting from around 9:00AM and ending at 2PM, and a boost across the remainder of the day.
Lastly, in the first half of the day the percentage of television watchers is generally higher than the percentage of radio listeners, while on the flip side the percentage of radio listeners across the second half is generally higher.
