Begin your letter as follows:
Dear john,
I hope this letter finds you in radiant health and to the best of spirits. I am very excited to share with you one of my latest achievement in terms of new job.
You will be glad to know that after multiple rounds of interviews, I got selected in Worlds renowned IT organisation, Google. As you knew that I was not happy with my current job and was anxiously looking for new opportunity. Inspite of good productivity and immense hard work my efforts were never appreciated due to office politics. I decided to quit my job and fortunately, One of my college friend introduced me this job vacancy.
The new organisation has considered my twelve years of experience in programming and offered me senior software developer post. My training had started from last week and I am really having a great time here. Along with new experience and better pay scale, it has a lot many other facilities to offer including gymnasium, free multi-nation cuisines, passes to international sports events. I feel like I took the best decision of my life so far.
Another big surprise for you is that after my training I would be moving to Canada for a new project. This organisation has initiated my work visa for Canada and I may live there for next two years. I want you to visit my house as soon as possible with your family so that we enjoy good music and food together and cherish the memorable time that we spent together during our childhood.
Eagerly waiting to see you.
Warm Regards
Harry.
