I am John and member of your sports club. I am writing an epistle about problem of changing room.Last sunday I visited there and I found that door of changing room is not working well.Sometime it do not shut and lock properly.Many times key of lock is stuck in and do not do work. I faced this problem many times.
After swimming when I went to changing room, door of this room did not shut properly and other person came and opened the door.I felt very embrace in front of him. I complained about it to supervisor but he did not get me response properly. he told me don't give any suggestion.I will see it. but he did not care of it.
I ask to you please resolve this problem because our club has reputed and old club in our city. it is very famous for its facilities but now due to these reasons we are loosing our reputation.I humbly request please solve these problem as soon as possible sothat People do not feel embrace to others. I look forward your response.
