The line graph illustrate the different of networkes for three kinds of state between 1999 to 2009.
Overall, at the beginning of the period Mexico fragment contributed the least to the internet users between three countries, while USA was the most significant part. In comparison, at the end of the period Canada became the largest contribution and the most negative trend was remains of Mexico segment.
In 1999, Mexico and Canada section accounted for the first and secondly smallest part and Canada had experienced to increase dramatically more and more to the end of time, which became the most popular. Unlikely, Mexico only increased gradually and became most inpopular in 2009 than other countries.
On the other denomination, USA which the most huge trend in 1999, whilst not normally way and became the second part of extensive internet users in the end of the period.
