Because you have a very obvious issue in speaking: you repeat words or sentences, which does not show off a good fluency. and we have told you some solutions like: talk slowly, don't be nervous..., but you need to understand and apply them to your speakings.
If you check out all of your speakings, they have the same issues only one time you performed well and got 25 because you can talk fluently without repeating words or sentences at that speaking. So if can overcome this issue, you will get 25.
'Good' doesn't mean it is really good, but for encouragement purpose. It will be bad to put 'bad' there.
