Without a shadow of a doubt, there are some vital factors or considerations everyone must take into account regarding success in the future career. Due to its paramount importance, several aspects should be taken into account since it is crucial in people's lives. Some people may hold the view that the ability to communicate with other people is more important that merely be a hard-working student. However, others may look at this concept through a different lens. From my vantage point, if you can not utilize your job abilities confronting issues, they will not be efficient enough. In subsequent paragraphs, I will delve into the most outstanding reasons which aptly elucidate my viewpoint.
The first reason coming to mind in order to substantiate my standpoint is concerned with the human being's nature. The people instinctively tend to be in society and be in touch with the other creations. In fact, there is a particular connection between all the things that people accomplish. Therefore, due to this inherent potential, we should not just rely on what we have educated in the school for accomplishment in our future jobs. Out of my own experience, while I was educating in university, some proper opportunities and infrastructure had been provided for me about my current position as long as I had a suitable relationship with the professors and also the older students.
Another reason which deserves some words here is that the approach of employing knowledge and skills is essential than merely hard studying in the school in order to provide prosperity in the future career. By considering this fact, the theory subjects individually will not respond to professional tasks. As a result, not only we should have appropriate educations about theoretical issues, but also the way of usage ought to be enhanced via communicating with humans.
To put it briefly, according to the grounds mentioned above, one of the significant factor in job success and satisfaction, is abilities to be in touch with the other people in reasonable avenues because it gives rise to attain more abilities among the other people. Consequently, it is highly recommended that humans should try to improve their communication skills by presenting in society and exert their knowledge.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
