High marks = fluency + good content.
So try to talk faster. This is the first step. Once you can talk fluently, we will try to figure out your other issues.
Some suggestions for you:
1. listen to English radio often like BBC or VOA; watch TV channels like CNN; read English magazines or newspaper
2. find a speaking partner and practice daily
3. submit more speakings to testbig to check out progress
