People's behavior is largely determined by forces not of their own making.
Write a response in which you discuss the extent to which you agree or disagree with the statement and explain your reasoning for the position you take. In developing and supporting your position, you should consider ways in which the statement might or might not hold true and explain how these considerations shape your position.
Humans' demeanor is determined by their own choices mainly. Whenever something happens, they can choose their thoughts and attitudes toward this accident. Moreover, they can make decision to do the right thing despite the bad feelings in their hearts. The most valuable thing of human race is that they can make decision freely.
First, people choose their own thoughts and attitudes toward every incident. There are always bad things everyday, such as car accidents, stealing, murdering, etc, which make us in a bad mood. However, we can decide to be morose, keep feeling sorry for ourselves, and cry, or freely choose to be strong, encouraged, and try to make things different. That is to say, it's all about us. In addition, if we can try to see things on different sides and hold optimistic behavior, our doings and feelings will be much more different and, surely, much better.
Second, any individual can try to do the right thing, no matter how this one feel. For example, when some hurts us, we probably want to pay them back and take revange. Although we all have this strong desire deeply inside, we still have the rights to neysay it. Furthermore, we can deliberate accidents rationally, trying to soothe our broken hearts and fix something. Most important of all, we should do the right thing, that is legal and morally allowed. Though maybe very hard for some people, certainly we are able to do this.
In the end, let's say that our deportment is decided by our liberty. We have freedom to choose out own thoughts and attitudes toward every incident in daily life. What's more, everyone can try to do the right thing, no matter how this guy feels. People's behavior is largely determined by their own making.
