A friend from abroad is visiting your country next month. She is planning to stay with you but you can’t do so.
• Tell her the reasons for that
• Apologize to her
• Make alternative arrangements
Dear Eva,
hope this letter finds you well. In your last letter you tell me that you wish to visit Bangladesh next month from 10th november to 28th november and want so stay at my place.
I am very sorry to tell you that, next month I have seminar at london , which fixed last week. For this reason i have to out of country from november 1st to rest of the month. I am extremely sorry that I did not stay here for your hospitality. the seminar is very essential for my work and career.
But you do not have to worried about it, because I made an alternative arrangement for you. last time when you visit Bangladesh you meet my friend sumaiya. Fortunately, sumaiya's parent would go to their home town to visit sumaiya's grandparents for the november month. As a result, her home is totally free and very suitable for you to stay. when I tell her about you he is laughing with joy and assure me that she can take good care of you.
hope you will understand the situation. I am looking forward to answer from you.
From Love,
Esha
