Dear Sir,
I Prabhpreet Kaur, senior sales manager in Hamilton company for the past 3 years. I am writing this letter to express my interest to work in company’s Head quarters in America for 6 months.
As you are aware that our company is planning to expand the global reach of the product. I would like to work in company’s Head Quarters for 6 months so that I can enhance my skills and understand the global market trends of the product. Additionally, it will also help me to get the knowledge of market policies, rules regulations and tariffs.
I have talked to Shweta junior sales manager and she has agreed to take up my responsibilities during my absence. Furthermore, I will check my e-mails and will be available for emergency calls. Once I get back to work, I would endeavour to work extra hours to catch up on anything I missed
I would need your support to get the necessary approvals and if you could assist me to make arrangements for the accommodations
I look forward to hearing from you
Yours Faithfully,
Prabhpreet Kaur
