Turning first to dinner, it consists of the biggest figure for sodium with more than two-fifths which is 6% higher than that of saturated fat. Besides, it is clear that charts show over a quarter of these nutrients for their lunch, with the exception of adding sugar that just eats a lower portion.
In addition, the lowest number of 14% out of three nutrients, the percentage of sodium consists of breakfast and snacks that show a similarity, while the saturated fat stands at less than a fifth and over a fifth respectively.
