Myself Gaurav Bhardwaj here and I study B.Tech 2nd year in British University. I have opted for campus accomdation and got a seat in James Block (3rd Floor, room number #125). This is request your attention as We are facing some tough time with our internet connection provided in our hostel.
Generally the speed of itnernet is not good and it takes a long to connect. Apart, through out the rainy season, there is absolutely no connectivity. This really affects our assignments timelines.Apart, since we are not allowed to carry mobile phones within campus, we rely havily on internet speed to connect back to the family over audio or video calls. I checked with fellow stundants as well, and I have recieved feedback on the same lines.
I have observed the issue for a while before actually reaching yourself, as I understand that you got a real busy schedule. I'd request if you can please spare sometime on the matter and help us fixing the same.
Lastly, I'd like to thank you for your time while going through the application, and look forward for some immediate actions. This would be really a great help. Thanks.
