Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter in regards to a rented apartment.
I have been pursuing my career as a Manager in City Bank, here in New York. Currently, I am living in the downtown area along with my wife and two children. My spouse is a housewife and both children are attending their classes in a local institute.
Precisely, I am seeking a 2-bedroom flat with a shared bathroom. Apart from this, my requirement is that there must be a spacious kitchen. As in present accommodation, we are facing the problem of a garage, please try to find an apartment block having a parking area.
Since my job has been transferred to Fast York, Toronto, it is absolutely necessary for me to have an accommodation in this area. Also, could you please make sure, if that area is well connected to public transport. Please send me the apartment details along with the rent details so that I can ponder over your information.
I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Dheeraj Goyal
