Dear sir,
I am articulating this epistle to express my delight for excellent service and the high quality of food that your hotel provided us last night, on the occasion of my grandfather’s 90th birthday.
The party was celebrated on December 25th at the Grand View Hotel and had a gathering of nearly 100 elderly guests. Although, I made the booking request at the last hour but your staff was kind enough to entertain my request. The party was organized in the beautiful rose garden nearby Roman Pond.
Firstly, the arrangements were immaculate and every detail was taken care with precision. The minimalist decor of lavender and roses with warmth of bonfire provided additional comfort. Furthermore, all the guests were appreciating the quality of food especially dessert was outstanding.
Finally, I would like to mention a special thank to one of your server Mr. Dave who helped me to put up a slide show because I really struggled with it and my computer did not want to show it on-screen.
I am so grateful to you and your courteous staff for being so co-operative and would surely recommend your hotel to all my dear ones.
