Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a citizen of Tehran and one of your regular customers at the Italian Street Branch.I'm writing a letter of complaint to you about a device I purchased the week before from your store.
I bought a Mark Dell laptop from your store. When buying, I asked the seller to introduce me to a laptop with high graphics.I told the seller that my job was to do graphics and produce computer games. And he suggested this model to me.
But when I started working with this computer, the quality of the games had diminished, and the company I contracted with didn't accept any of these games. And may terminate the contract.I need this job. Because I have to pay for advanced graphics. With this problem I will lose both my job and my training.
I have two suggestions to solve this problem. First, I want you to come and grab this computer and give me a computer with the features I need.Or give me back the computer money.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible
Yours faithfully,
Daniali
