There have been some problems with the bus service, especially its reliability, in your area over the last two weeks.
Write a letter to the manager of the bus company. In your letter
• describe what the problems are
• explain how these problems are affecting you
• suggest what you would like the company to do
Dear Mr Markle,
I am writing this to inform you about some of the difficulties I have recently faced while travelling in your public transit.
You are well aware of the fact that a large number of people especially the students and daily wedge workers are using this transport. So, it is really important for them to be on time to their workplaces. I have observed that during the last fifteen days the bus is being late regularly. Therefore, we reached to our destination about 10 to 15 minutes late. Not only this but also the driver is used to of driving rough and taking risks at very dangerous roads. Most of the time he is driving above 60 km/hour which is the speed limit in the area.
Hence, in this way neither I feel safe during the ride, nor I reach on time. There problems are not only affecting me but also, the other fellow travelers. No one feels comfort in travelling in such circumstances. This transport is actually very feasible for the college and university pupils, but problems like this are causing so much tension among them. I am recommending few alterations which would be helpful for you.
Firstly, the driver should be trained of following all the traffic rules. Secondly, he should made punctual by imposing some about as fine on being late. In this way, we would be able to enjoy a more reliable and efficient bus service, which would ultimately benefit the organization.
I am sure you would consider my request and respond as soon as possible.
Thank you
Sincerely Yours
Thomas John
