You recently went to a concert and thought one of the singers was very good. You want to tell how you feel. Write a letter to the singer. In your letter:
say how you feel about his performance
give details of your musical activities
explain how you would like him to help you with your musical activities.
Dear Atif,
I hope you are doing well and enjoying good health. I am a big fan of your music and writing to express my moments of joy at your concert held in Alhamrah Hall, last weekend.
I always wanted to be a part of these musical events especially in which you were performing. Luckily, for this one I got the ticket. I am following you since my teens and you are among one of my favorite singers. Believe me, your performance was breath taking and all the time I was enjoying every node of your music. It was just awesome; you made my evening.
I am glad to let you know I am a musician too, but I have just kick started my career. I am interested in jazz music and am playing nodes in different small-scale events such as school parties and family gatherings. I have my other team members with me and I am the vocalist, others have their own jobs. We do music practices every Saturday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. We have learned a lot form your singing style and your hard work charges us whenever we feel demotivated.
I would love to have one or two jamming sessions with you. I know you have a busy schedule but It will help us a lot, and it will be our honor to practice with you and learn from such a music idol. Please have some time and consider my request.
I am eagerly waiting for your response.
Yours sincerely
Ali.
