In the lecture the professor costs doubt on the idea of reading arguing in many organization the best way to approach a new project is to make a team.

First, according to the reading in a team members have wider knowledge, ability and skills than individual person, however the professor challenges this arguing after six month every organization check the project and this project will be recognized as a whole team. The professor states that organization can not recognize the member who did well and try a lot than other group members.

Second, in the passage the author states in a team members have greater sources and can reach in answer quickly. On the oather hand ,the professor questions this claiming that in group team not only they can not find answer soon, but also take so much time to agree with each other. Professor also maintains that influential members take decision and other members may not agree with and go for further discuss.

Finally, in the lecture the professor rebut the idea of reading claiming group team cause everyone in the group do work imposed by other members to do. Professor states that in team work usually influential member take the decisions and the project may go in a wrong way. As a result the project fail.
