Hope this letter finds you in the pink of your health. I regret to inform you that we did not meet together last Saturday just because of some unavoidable circumstances. Allow me to elaborate this matter.
I feel extremely sorry to let you know that I was unable to visit at meeting place. I had an emergency before on that such day. I received a phone call from my cousin last Friday informed me that my maternal uncle got serious injury in an accident. He has been hospitalized and soon to be operated.
