Question: Write a letter to your neighbor. i your letter
. Describe the problem
. say how long it has been a problem.
. Explain what action you want the neighbors to take
Dear Mr. James,
I am writing to bring to your notice that the barking of your dog gets really loud and disturbing at times. My wife works from home and her job demands her attending calls. I humbly request you to take care of this problem.
Since the last few weeks, we have been facing this challenge and were hoping the situation will improve but it's only worsening. I understand dogs barks often, but to this extent? My wife works from home which involves her in attending calls from clients and business partners. The barking of your pet gets really loud at time and quite distracting. As we live in an apartment next to yours, thus, it becomes unavoidable.
However, being your well wish. The issue concerns us, for your pet, they usually bark on unfamiliar things which scares them or to draw attention. Meaning it needs your attention and at the same time a bit of training. The trainer can help your dog get familiar with different situations and train it to stay calm.
I hope this message reaches you in good intentions.
Yours Faithfully,
Abhishek Agrawal
