You will go to London soon to stay there for one year. Write a letter to an agency to get information about accommodation. In your letter, you should say:
• why you are going to London
• what kind of accommodation you want
• when you will arrive
Dear Sir,
I am writing this to request you for finding accommodation for me to stay in London. My name is john and I am 26 years coming to London based on a project in my company. As this is the first time I'm visiting to UK and totally unaware of that place. Also, I don't have any friends or relatives there so, I thought to consult your agency based on your ratings found in online for finding suitable place to stay there.
I am coming to London to stay for one year. Actually, my company is offering me a studio apartment for 15 days during my initial days. SO, I want an accommodation for later that too prefer to stay nearby office which saves my time. I don't mind even to share a room with male. It would be happy if the house is near to substation and the grocery stores.
I will be reaching there on 7th March at 10 am. My colleague is coming to airport to receive me as this is the first time. I hope you can find me a better accommodation at the time I reach there.
I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thanking you.
Yours faithfully,
Abc.
