TOEFL SPEAKING TASK 4: CIRCADIAN RHYTHM
CIRCADIAN RHYTHM:
Everybody has their own period of awareness and tiredness during the whole day.
LECTURE:
Here is an example of myself.
Many years ago when I was still in college, I used to do my research and write papers at night because during night period I always felt very energetic and I could work efficiently. And I got into bed later than anyone else. As a result, I never got up early in the morning, so I never attended class in early morning.
As I grew older and older, I found out that I could not concentrate at night anymore but in the morning, and I would get up earlier than before. So now I switch my regulation into working in the morning and going to bed early at night.
