The report aims to provide information about cement production progress along with the process used for manufacturing concrete for construction, the proper amount of ingredients is mentioned within the diagram.
Overall, there are said to be two main stages. For the first one, the first two substrates, limestone and clay, are added with heat to make cement, while the second figure shows the proper quantity of mixtures for making best-quality concrete.
The first figure depicts how to manufacture cement. Firstly, powder limestone and clay in a crushing machine and combine them in a steel mixer. The mixed powder is then heated inside a rotating tube. After that, deliver the heated mixture to a grinder. Finally, seal the fine cement in transport packaging.
Focusing on the second figure, describing steps and equipment for concrete-mixing progress, the concrete is created. Small construction gravel accounts for half amount of the ingredients, 25% of it is sand with another 15% of fine-grinded cement and the remaining is water. Those compositions are poured into a prepared mixer for concrete production.
