Critical judgment of work in any given field has little value unless it comes from someone who
is an expert in that field.
A study on the children, before the age of talking, has shown that they can find harmony in music. Responses of children were significantly different in a harmonious music than those lacking harmony. Therefore, naturally people can have a judgment about the harmony in music, without having an iota of knowledge and expertise.
