Dear Mr. Robson,
I am writing this letter to express my concern about moving to a new position in the Financial department.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my three years here. I have also gained lots of experience from my colleagues and my supervisor in the Accounting department which help me in my career as an Accountant. During these times, I have learned not only technical skills but also soft skills such as dealing with customers and problem-solving skills.
However, I feel that this is the time for me to broaden my horizon in the financial field, which now becomes my ultimate ambition. Because I have been studying the ACCA qualification which provides knowledge in accounting, financial, and auditing perspective, I am confident that I have abilities and reponsilities to work in a different sector. Finally, our company is in a shortage of full-time workers in this department, my appointment would probably solve this issue.
I sincerely appreciate your taking the time and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours sincerely,
Mai Nguyen.
