EDUCATION FOR YOUNG PEOPLE IS IMPORTANT IN MANY COUNTRIES. HOWEVER, THE OTHERS THINK GOVERMENT SHOULD SPEND MORE MONEY IN ADULT POPULATION WHO CANNOT READ AND WRITE. TO WHAT EXTENT DO YOU AGREE OR DISAGREE.
Many countries choose the young generation as one of the essential factors that should be concerned mostly in education. While I agree that education for the young is vital, I also believe government should have a look at adult illiteracy.
On the one hand, I agree that educating young people is the key in our life. First of all, they are the main force in future development. As the main factor, the government should pay more attention to bring them up physically and mentally. When the children grow up, they can be the future leaders in some ways, so they might change the lifestyle of our society significantly. If people do not educate them from now, our life might turn to be a nightmare with bad attitudes and wrong directions in development among young leaders. Moreover, education for the young is important in some countries due to the fact that they comprehend and approach the issue on all sides more quickly than the elders do. That they are so potential makes more and more countries consider them as an important factor in education.
On the other hand, the government should care more about the adult who cannot read and write. In some less-developed countries, education does not play an important role in life, and it leads to illiteracy in adults. To overcome the downward trend in economic, these countries must educate those people more. A country can never grow up if there is few literacy people. Furthermore, it would be less struggle, a wide range of better jobs is offered for them if there is help from government.
In conclusion, while I believe that educating young people is far and away vital, it is worth spending more money helping adults who are not able to read and write. For those reasons mentioned, both issues are important and should be considered seriously.
