This phenomenon happened because the effect of chemical weaken or not permanent for control of disease.
In the reading reputed that Breeding of golden frogs for next one of the techniques that discussed in the article. Scholars take some of frog in the captivity for long time that resulted far away from infection in habitat but after some offspring they believe that next generation will be resistant to fungus. the speaker points out that this methods did not effective because new offspring have infected by other fungus and represented sensitive to almost others and consequently died.
last but not least point that stated in the article is natural attitude of golden frogs can use up for control of this disease. This specific frog has an inherent ability to increase the temperature of its body that can destroy the disease factor. Then, after while the disease will be declined and the population of resistant frogs can propagated in their habitat. The professor claimd this not a compelling method for control of fungus in due to this process very energy consuming for frogs. ALso, increase of body heat at long time will decrease the vigorous of the frog and lead to infect by other disease.
for all of the reasons the professor point outed in the lecture the metohds for controling the fungus disease on the sking will not be effective for long time and the researcher needs to be more study on this specific frog.
