Essay topics:

The plans below show the layout of a university’s sport Centre now, and how it will look after redevelopment.

Overall, it is clear that although some facilities such as swimming pool, reception and seating will be remained still, outdoors courts will be transformed to new various services. Moreover, some amenities such as gym and changing rooms will be expanded form their measures, too.
Nowadays, sports Centre has one area in the middle of it that has enter door on the south and ends up to a reception area. This region includes a 25 meter swimming pool at the center that has access to a changing room on its left hand. In the north of the map, a gym is located and east portion is allocated to seating. Outside of this region, on both east and west side of the whole map, there are outdoor courts available.
According to the improvement’s plan, the west outdoor courts will change to involve a leisure pool at the top of it and a changing room at the bottom with access to a small sports shop on its right. Amenities in the center of region will be the same except of gym which is decided to expand its size to the east. In the east of the plan, a café and a changing room will be added to the south as well as 2 separate dance studios to the east. Next to the seating, there will be sports hall which will be constructed in the middle of current east outdoor courts.
