Dear sir,
I am writting to compain about the poor quality of the service at your centre. Everything seems to be worse than what you say in the advertisement.
I’m not happy about with my study at English for Today Centre. I’m not satisfied. All the teachers navite spaekers, there are so many Vietnamese teacher. The advertisement says there are no more than 20 students in the class but that not true, there are more than 30 students in a class. I had to pay for books and cassette tape. Every class doesn’t have an air-conditioner. It uses fans instead. The class begin too late but it finishes early.
To reslove the problem, I require you to give me a refund. Enclosed is a copy of the receipt.
