The diagram explains the various steps in which plastic wastes are reprocessed.
Overall, it can be seen that there are 6 different stages in the process. This starts from the sorting of wastes and ends in the delivery of new products.
To begin the plastic wastes are sorted and it is then collected by a plastic recycling company. The collected wastes are transported to a plactic factory. In the factory the wastes are stored in warehouses. It is then carefully inspected and sorted during further processing.
In the subsequent stage, after further processing the plastic materials are chopped up into small pieces. Then they are washed using biodegradable soap and water. The grinded plastic materials are packed in boxes and are then shipped to partner facilities. The materials then undergo final processing in the facility. Finally the plastics are converted into new products. It is then sold to the open markets.
