I am writing in response to the letter from your bank which stated that my account had been overdrawn for $240, and I would be fined for $70 from my savings.I have had a prime account in National Australian Bank for 14 years at Sydney branch, and it has always been a pleasure to be your client.
A few days ago, I had been to an ATM for $240 withdrawal. Due to some mis-functioning of the machine, my account was debited twice; however, I received money only once. The bank had been informed instantly, and I was assured to have the matter looked into the matter urgently.
