You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course.
Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter,
- describe what you enjoyed about the course
- say how much cooking you've done since the course
- suggest another cookery course you'd like the school to offer.
Dear Director,
I am writing this email with regards to provide my feedback about the cookery course, which I was enrolled for the January batch. The short class lasted for a month and I came across numerous dishes such as Thai noodles, Italian pasta and some Arabic desserts. The chef who were training us were very cooperative and helping us at every steps as well as the recipes were very simple especially helpful for beginners. I never thought cooking could be this much fun.
It’s been two weeks now ever since I completed my course. I am proud to say those techniques and style has instilled in me like I am cooking it for ages. I have made pasta twice and turned out absolutely perfect. Further, the Arabic dessert which are quite difficult but somehow I managed to bake. I guess I need more practise to make it outstanding.
Recently I saw various unique foods in Television which belongs to Indian cuisine. I was blown away by the presentation and the cooking pattern. I am so looking forward to join to that course with you in near future. If anything like this offers in your school please inform me.
Yours Sincerely
Sidra Mahboob
