Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the parking area allocated for the bicycles. The Wilson parking besides the Kang Kar Mall is an open car park area with limited number of spaces allocated for the bikes. Because I ride and park my bike daily, I would wish to highlight my plight and hopefully you could look into this matter.
Firstly, the spaces allocated are very less due to this I have to wait for a long time for my turn. As I live nearby, it is more economical to ride than to travel by a car. Despite leaving early from home, I mostly reach late for my workplace which is right behind the carpark. This in turn is also causing a lot of problems to the drivers who are waiting behind me at the gantry for me to proceed. Secondly, if I were to be lucky enough to get a parking slot still the trucks and other heavy vehicles occupy the parking space partially. Therefore, I sincerely hope that either the parking slots are increased in number or if you could arrange for a security person in- charge to look after the place. He could handle the queue and also get the heavy vehicle owners to park rightfully. Consequently, there will be no inconvenience for myself and other commuters.
Finally, if such arrangements could be done you would also enjoy higher revenue with more parking facilities as well as lesser complaints. I would like to thank you for your time and look forward for your prompt response.
Yours faithfully,
Nur Amirah
