The pie charts illustrate the comparison of three types of nutrients towards four typical meals which are allowed to be unhealthy if eaten too much in USA. Overall, it is immediately apparent that the highest precentage is Dinner for two nutrients except Added Sugar. Subsequently, Breakfast is the lowest proportion on all of nutrients.
The amount of Dinner giving the greatest proportion on twice Sodium and Saturated Fat with not far of the precentages at 43% and 37% rather than in added sugar only 23% on the middle proportion. Afterwards, Snacks giving the different proportion in three nutrients, in added sugar, obviously Snacks is the greatest proportion of 42%, nevertheless in Saturated Fat only 21% which is the middle precentage and much different from Sodium that is the lowest proportion of Snacks at 14%.
Meanwhile, both Breakfast and Lunch which consumed by people in USA are seeing different proportion. In contrast, lunch often stayed in the middle precentages on all of nutrients. In Saturated Fat at 26% similar data to Sodium at 29% and too much far from Added Sugar which has seen by 19%. Furthermore, all of nutrients giving the simiar data of Breakfast at 16% both Saturated Fat and Added Sugar, then, 14% on Sodium which the lowest proportion by people consume.
